Homeopathic Remedies for the Holidays

Homeopathic Remedies come in potencies: always a lower potency is better and taken more often when purchasing over the counter. Each dose is 4-6 pellets. Place under the tongue and allow to melt in mouth. Please take away from food, drink and toothpaste by 15 minutes. Take only when symptoms return.

Overeating including too many sweets or alcohol:

Lycopodium: With belching and bloating. Craving for sweets and alcohol and warm drinks, huge appetite.

Nux Vomica: With irritability and constipation, colic and cramping, worse tight clothes, better warmth and warm drinks, addictive cravings, impatience..

Naturm Muriatricum: Responsible, ailments from grief and disappointed love, serious and overly proper, easily offended, difficult to cry, does not like to be consoled, holds on to wrongs, perfectionistic.

Grief from missing loved ones at holiday time

Ignatia: Changeable moods, always disappointed, does not like to be consoled, easily hurt feelings, idealist, wants to run away, sighs.

Causticum: Sincere, intense, great sympathy for others, cannot tolerate other’s suffering, checks and rechecks tasks, fear that ‘something bad will happen’, political.
